SHIPPING PROCESS
Your products are sent to your worldwide address free of charge by airmail express cargo. It usually takes an average of one week for your orders to reach you. However, this time may vary depending on factors such as the location of your address and local holidays. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take a little longer during special occasions and peak periods. In order to provide you with the best service, we will inform you instantly about shipment tracking and other issues.
PREMIUM PRODUCTS
In our premium products, we perform additional checks and tests to ensure the safety and quality of the products. Therefore, it may take a little longer for premium products to ship. However, this additional time is necessary to ensure that the products reach you in full performance. It is also important to comply with customs procedures for international shipments. Please note that country rules must be followed and make sure you provide the necessary information to avoid any customs issues.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return period (for legal reasons) for the products you want to return. This period starts from the date you receive the product. You have 14 days to request a return (Note: Returns will not be accepted for any reason other than quality issues.)
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging as it was when you received it.

Once your return has been accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to ship your package. For defective or undamaged items, return shipping will be at the buyer's expense (except where prohibited by law) and a 15% restocking fee will apply. No restocking fee will be charged for damaged or defective items. Products sent without a return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items).
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

Simple Setup & Configuration
- Plug & Power: Connect the Sirus Motors adapter to your Tesla's USB-C or USB-A port. Enable your iPhone’s Personal Hotspot.
- Bluetooth Pairing: Open Bluetooth settings on your iPhone. Search for and select the device named "Sirus-XXXX" to pair.
- Wi-Fi Connection: On your Tesla's touchscreen, search for the Wi-Fi network named "Sirus-XXXX" and enter the default password: 88888888.
- Launch CarPlay: Open the Tesla web browser and go to tespush.com (or your custom domain). Your CarPlay interface will appear instantly. Enjoy your ride!

- Initialize: Plug the device into the car’s USB port and wait about 40 seconds for the system to boot up.
- Wi-Fi Link: Connect your Android phone to the adapter’s Wi-Fi network (Sirus-XXXX) using the password 88888888.
- Cellular Data: If prompted on your phone, select "Use cellular network" to maintain internet connectivity while connected to the adapter.
- Updates & Management: To check for software updates, open your phone’s browser and navigate to 192.168.3.1. Scroll to the bottom and click "Update" if a new version is available.

Body: To ensure the highest sound quality and seamless steering wheel control, make sure your phone is also connected to the Tesla’s original Bluetooth system. Once CarPlay is active, simply select your phone as the audio source on the Tesla screen.

- Safety First: Please note that in certain regions (e.g., Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia), Tesla disables the web browser while the vehicle is in motion. Please check your local vehicle software settings.
