Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to all orders you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We usually ship your products within 7-14 days, but we offer a choice of shipping for some products.

In addition, the shipping times of special production products may vary. In such cases, please check the information section on the product page before ordering.

 

Free shipping

Shipping is free on items over £100.
(When you order at least two products under 100 Pounds, the shipping fee will increase at the same rate. This is due to our agreements with different cargo companies according to the sizes of the products. We ship the products as soon as possible with sound packaging.)

All shipping information will be sent to your e-mail address after you place your order.

DO YOU DO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping applies to international orders.

Your products can be sent with different cargo companies. In such cases, we will send you an e-mail.

We have many sub-brands and collaborators. If you see any difference in the product box, don't worry. It is enough to reach us from the support section. We will inform you about the matter.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions regarding some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such circumstances apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in the country in which you live, and you will be responsible for any such additional charges or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAY?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Your delivery may be delayed on public holidays, public holidays and in exceptional circumstances.
For now, our products are sent from our China Main Warehouse.
