Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be mailed within seven (14) days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a product, please email customer service at sirusmotors@gmail.com to obtain a Return Product Authorization (RMA) number. After obtaining an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

RETURNS

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
      ● Unpackaged & Prepaid
      ● Problem products due to customer error.
      ● Used products
      ● Special production products (All Clothing Products)
For Premium Products - Only exceptions are accepted.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact information below to request a return or exchange.

The product cannot be canceled during the shipping process.
